Job summary

Amazon Supply Chain team in the UAE is seeking a Business Analyst to manage capacity operations for AMET region. You will work with engineering and business teams, write SQL queries, and analyze data to drive actionable insights.

The role requires 2 years of data analytics or automation experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate findings to stakeholders. This position is open to UAE nationals with Family Book in compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of data analytics or automation experience.
• Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level.
• Experience working directly with business teams to utilize metrics and analysis to determine improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis by writing ETL queries in SQL/Datanet platforms.
• Highly proficient with MS Excel.
• Enabling effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
• Analyzing and solving business problems with focus on understanding root causes and driving forwardlooking opportunities.
• Designing new metrics and enhance existing metrics to support the future state of business processes and ensure sustainability.
• Understanding tools and processes and driving seller adoption.
• Communicating complex analysis and insights to stakeholders and business leaders both verbally and in writing.
