Job description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join a renowned semi-government organization based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in evaluating and optimizing the organization’s internal CRM system, fostering effective cross-departmental collaboration and delivering data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

This is a 12 month renewable contract based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed analysis of the organization’s CRM tool to identify opportunities for enhancement and automation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to gather requirements, understand business challenges, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and work closely with technical teams to implement changes.
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring alignment of technology solutions with business goals.
• Monitor and report on system usage, issue trends, and resolution effectiveness, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with various internal teams to drive alignment and clarity.
• Contribute to change management and training efforts during implementation or upgrade phases of systems and tools.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-implementation support.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ERP/CRM implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Information Systems or a related field.
• Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement, with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Proficient in documentation, process mapping, and business requirement gathering techniques
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a proactive & solution-focused mindset

Availability:

Preference will be given to candidates who are immediately available or can join within 30 days of receiving an offer.We are looking for a candidate who will be able to work in United Arab Emirates.
