Business Analyst - Retail Loan Origination System (LOS)

The Business Analyst for the Retail Loan Origination System (LOS) will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. This individual will leverage a deep understanding of lending processes to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the LOS system. The role requires a blend of business analysis skills, project management exposure, and a strong understanding of IT systems to ensure the LOS is implemented in line with business needs and improves loan origination efficiency.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong experience in business analysis within the banking, financial services, or loan origination domains.
• Knowledge of Retail Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and their integration with backend banking systems.
• Ability to create clear, actionable documentation, such as functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks, including experience in managing product backlogs, sprints, and user stories.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users effectively.
• Certifications such as CBAP or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) are a plus.
