Job Summary

Our client is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join the Event Venue Operations/Projects Team. This role requires a deep understanding of real estate construction project goals and objectives, acting as a vital link between the end-user team and the development team. The ideal candidate will facilitate communication, gather requirements, and ensure that the final deliverables align with user needs and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with end-users to identify and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and objectives.
  2. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the end-user team and the development team, facilitating discussions and ensuring all parties are aligned.
  3. Analysis and Documentation: Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements, creating clear specifications for the development team.
  4. Testing and Validation: Participate in user acceptance testing to validate that solutions meet the specified requirements and support end-user needs.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within real estate construction projects, providing recommendations based on user feedback.
  6. Project Support: Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring that user requirements are prioritized and addressed throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
