We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in the Aluminium value chain/ Industrial Automation/Metal & Mining industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry-specific processes and technologies, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements related to the Aluminium value chain or Industrial Automation.
2. Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation.
3. Solution Design: Work with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
4. Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to support decision-making and provide insights into business performance.
5. Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
6. Project Management: Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery of projects.
7. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
8. Testing and Validation: Develop test plans and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
9. Continuous Improvement: Monitor implemented solutions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Experience & Required Skills:

1. Along with business analysis skills, a Business Analyst for Metal & Mining provides analytical and strategic support within the metal and mining industry. Proven experience in the Aluminium value chain or Industrial Automation.
2. Possesses industry knowledge (Aluminium value chain/ Industrial Automation/Metal & Mining industry) and works with stakeholders to gather requirements specific to the sector.
3. Analyze complex production, logistics, and finance data to generate insights.
4. Identify process inefficiencies and propose solution optimization.
5. Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
6. Manage stakeholder relationships and evaluate technology solutions.
7. Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence).
8. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
