Job description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Collaborates with stakeholders and cross-function teams to understand business needs, define business metrics, propose analytics framework, and report business outcomes.
  • Incorporate internal and external feedback to iterate and evolve the technology products with data-backed suggestions.
  • Focus on driving product growth (i.e., user adoption, traffic expansion, revenue growth, and user reviews) for specific technology products, including conducting competitive benchmark analysis, assessing feature gaps, measuring product adoption growth, writing product documents to promote product values, and conducting digital marketing through multiple channels.
  • Ownership of digital marketing including paid and social media marketing.
  • Manage profile on research companies like Gartner, G2, etc.
  • Coordinate and support the process of API integration with business and technology partners.

OTHER

  • Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 3+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with and analysing data, defining and measuring business metrics, and deriving compelling and actionable insights to executive audience.
  • Experience with defining software requirements and integration plans for software products.
  • Experience with digital marketing from paid and/or social media channels.
  • Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision-making within leadership audiences.
  • Working with external business partners to maintain relationships, promote win-win solutions, negotiate integration plans, and drive for shared objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA from a top college.
  • 5+ years relevant experience in technical consulting, product management, strategy, or analytics in a technology organization.
  • Experience with Go-to-Market and Product Growth strategies for technology products for the supply chain and logistics industry.
