Role Overview

Miral Experiences is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Business Analyst to join the Executive Office. This role supports executive decision-making through data-driven insights, financial modeling, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping strategic initiatives, optimizing operations, and enhancing guest experiences across our world-class destinations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Financial Modeling

  • Develop and update long-term strategic plans, KPIs, and performance scorecards
  • Build and maintain financial models for forecasting attendance and revenue
  • Conduct scenario planning and prepare business cases for new projects or expansions

2. Research & Insights

  • Analyze internal data and market trends to identify performance improvement opportunities
  • Conduct benchmarking and competitive intelligence
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations

3. Operational Excellence

  • Evaluate and optimize operational processes (e.g., ride throughput, capacity planning)
  • Collaborate with operations teams to implement lean and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Monitor and report on operational performance to drive efficiency and guest satisfaction

4. Executive Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner with senior leadership to prepare strategic presentations and reports
  • Lead high-priority initiatives on behalf of the CEO
  • Support quarterly business reviews and balanced scorecard updates

Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Desirable: Master’s degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Strategy, or a related discipline

Experience

  • Essential: Minimum 3 years in a similar role or in management consulting (business or strategy)
  • Desirable: 5+ years in strategy, finance, or analytics roles within the leisure, tourism, or entertainment industry

  • Strong analytical toolkit with expertise in financial modeling and market analysis
  • High commercial awareness and strategic thinking
  • Ability to consult and engage with senior executives across functions
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
