Business Analyst - ERP

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ERP system implementation and enhancements.
• Act as the liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure the ERP system meets business needs.
• Conduct system analysis, define user stories, and document business requirements for ERP-related projects.
• Configure and test ERP modules, ensuring they meet functional requirements.
• Assist with data migration, system integrations, and provide training to users.
• Participate in the planning and execution of ERP projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Support the continuous improvement of ERP systems, identifying opportunities to enhance business processes and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Finance, HR, etc.) to ensure the system’s alignment with business goals.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot ERP issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in ERP systems and provide recommendations for optimization.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP systems (preferably with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong understanding of ERP modules like Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Manufacturing, or Sales.
• Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements, preparing functional specifications, and performing gap analysis.
• Experience in ERP system configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of business process modeling and mapping is a plus.
• ERP certification (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience with cloud-based ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to identify areas for improvement.
