A central part of the position is helping schools gain greater value from available digital platforms. The Business Analyst will support onboarding, training and ongoing enablement while identifying areas where adoption or digital maturity can be strengthened.
The role supports structured change management while remaining responsive to the different requirements of individual schools. Responsibilities include readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement activities associated with digital initiatives. The Business Analyst will help communicate changes clearly, encourage engagement and maintain appropriate follow-up throughout implementation and adoption.
