This role will assist the bank in the operational aspects of Level 2 support of the bank's Credit Cards Business. This role is required to handle the functional analysis, design and development of solution in coordination with the Credit Cards Service / System Provider of the credit cards business requirements submitted by the Business / Operations team. The role will be a subject matter expert and act as interface between the Business, Operations and IT teams for CRs and Enhancements. The role will also require to co-ordinate for issue re-creation in the test environment for analysis and further escalation to Credit Cards Service / System Provider.
Technical Skills:
Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Credit Cards, Debit Cards & Prepaid Cards systems support and testing.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or Equivalent.
Primary Function: To handle the functional analysis, design and development of solution in coordination with the Credit Cards Service / System Provider of the credit cards business requirements submitted by the Business / Operations team. Also support, manage and delivery of projects, enhancements and implementation of systems changes in the Credit Cards Business Domain. Perform the role of subject matter expert to translate the requirements from payment association like UAECB, Mastercard, VISA.
