Banking / Financial Services experience is essential

Company Overview: Leading bank undergoing a company digital transformation.

We have partnered with another bank in the UAE who are undergoing a massive digital transformation and are looking to make first hires in their Agile teams!

This is a role for a business analyst who is excited to work on a blank page, building something from the ground up, and where you can have a real impact by being part of a nimble and very driven team.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyse and optimize business processes.
2. Identify areas of improvement.
3. Implement effective solutions that drive growth and efficiency.

MUST HAVE Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in IT or computer science.
2. 5 years’ experience in financial services/ banking sector as a BA.
3. Well-versed in retail and wholesale banking processes.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Previous experience with digital banking processes and automation.
