Job description

Develop and implement a robust strategy and business plan to ensure the optimal use of the organisation's resources across the Emirates.

Identify business development opportunities, including establishing new client relationships and business partnerships.

Conduct in-depth feasibility studies for presentation to Shareholders.

Provide operational management and business consultation to Senior Management.

Analyze business performance relative to targets and goals, and make recommendations for improvements.

Manage and maintain Quality Management Systems, ensuring compliance with international regulations and ISO standards.

Oversee compliance with standards and regulations of Dubai Civil Aviation and the international oil and petroleum industry.

Develop employee training tools and methods to promote a culture of self-learning among employees.

Contribute regularly to newsletters and periodicals, providing professional insights into the jet fuel and aviation industry.

Prepare reports and presentations for management, shareholders, and the board of directors on business performance and key highlights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a similar business analysis/management role.
• Extensive experience in the aircraft refuelling business.
• Proven track record in financial and operational enhancements.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in written and spoken English.
