Job Title: Business Analyst
• MBA from a reputed B-School
• Relevant Product Management and Agile certifications such as SAFE, PMPO / CSPO, etc., with good exposure to working with multidisciplinary agile teams comprising product managers, marketers, finance, creative, analytics, and engineering
• Overall, 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in digital product management / business strategy
• 2-3 years of experience in UX wireframing, documenting customer journeys, and working with UI/UX design teams for visual customer journey mapping and experiences
Understanding AI Capabilities & Limitations: Having a strong grasp of various AI techniques, including LLMs, NLP, computer vision, etc., and understanding their practical applications and limitations.
Defining AI Product Requirements: Translating high-level business needs into detailed, actionable requirements for AI-powered products, features, and solutions. This includes understanding data needs, model performance expectations, and ethical considerations.
Collaborating with AI/ML Teams: Working closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and developers to ensure the successful development, testing, and deployment of AI models and products.
1-2 years of experience working on projects based on Web Content management systems (Sitecore, AEM, Tridion, Contentful, etc.)
• Knowledge of B2C and B2B
Desirable:
• 2+ years of experience in the leisure and entertainment industry
• Knowledge and experience with Sitecore CMS projects
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, working with stakeholders in distributed locations
• Good industry knowledge of verticals such as Retail and Travel & Hospitality
• Ability to work closely with clients to understand their problems, gather requirements, and document them as epics and high-level user stories in JIRA
• Manage multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Support and lead client workshops/elicitation sessions
• Transform complex business problems into product epics, features, and user stories for execution
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with product managers, engineers, and UI/UX teams to ideate, build, test, and launch new features
• Work closely with development and QA teams following AGILE methodology to ensure quality delivery
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial drive and lead/ideate new initiatives within the product management practice
• Support business proposals by leveraging industry experience and collaborating with global teams
