Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS or related field.
- Experience with enterprise solutions and complex projects.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Agile delivery.
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for complex projects.
- Assist in analysis and design of enterprise-level solutions and translate business needs into technical specs.
- Bridge between internal technical teams and clients to manage expectations and ensure alignment.
- Manage user stories and project tasks in JIRA with clear prioritization and traceability.
- Contribute to reports and presentations providing insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on AI advancements and industry trends to inform the team.
