Job summary

Hypermine AI is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team for a client engagement in the UAE. You will work with business stakeholders, technology teams, and AI groups to translate business needs into enterprise-grade AI and digital solutions.

Location is UAE, with 5–7 years of experience and fluency in Arabic and English. The role involves gathering requirements, documenting BRDs/FSDs, and supporting UAT, testing, and solution demos within enterprise IT projects.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience on AI-driven projects or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Experience preparing BRD, FSD, process flows, and user stories.
• Experience supporting testing, UAT, validation, and solution demos.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Fluent in Arabic & English.

Responsibilities

Hypermine AI is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team for an exciting client engagement in UAE.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and AI teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective enterprise-grade AI and digital solutions.

Location: UAE

Experience: 5–7 years

Languages: Fluent in Arabic & English

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Understand business processes, identify pain points, and translate business demand into AI and digital solution requirements.
• Prepare high-quality BRDs, FSDs, functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and other standard project documentation.
• Work closely with technology, AI, data, and development teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Support UAT, test case preparation, validation, and defect clarification.
• Coordinate and conduct solution demos, walkthroughs, and presentations for business stakeholders.
• Support systems integration and large-scale enterprise IT projects.
• Participate in workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, gap analysis, and solution discussions.
• Clearly communicate complex AI concepts and technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage multiple requirements and stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience working on AI-driven projects, enterprise AI solutions, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience in business requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Excellent documentation skills with experience preparing BRD, FSD, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
• Experience supporting testing, UAT, validation, and solution demonstrations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software and systems integration projects.
• Excellent presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business, technology, and AI teams.
• Fluent Arabic and English is mandatory.
