Main objectives
We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be at the center of the business understanding of the MENA region by building the right reporting system, S&OP discipline and Gross To Net (GtN) controlling. This role is pivotal in reinforcing the control and the planning of the business in a complex region in order to help the Head of Distribution and the Sales Managers to take the right decisions.
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain the right reporting system for Export business on IMS, GS, NIS, NR, C1.
Be instrumental in the automation project of the data (Sap / BI).
Daily follow ups on achievements vs targets. Ensure the right level of visibility on business updates daily and monthly vs targets.
Be central in the S&OP process for the region: Monthly consolidation and challenge of the countries outlooks, working closely with demand teams to ensure consistency between sales planning and forecasts, building the MBU decks for the Head of Distribution presentations.
Build with the sales team, customer service the weekly sales pitstop for the Head of Distribution.
Ensure compliance of the GtN on a monthly basis: Gross Sales forecasts vs actuals, TS accruals vs needs and actuals.
Identifying GtN and C1 opportunities at country / brand level.
Conducting monthly reviews of business performance to be circulated x-functionally with key insights and action plan.
Be Brave and Go Beyond by continuously learning and finding solutions to drive more business understanding and leading distributor capability building in reporting.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications and experience
Min 5 years of experience working in analytics, sales finance or demand planning, ideally within the Middle East Region.
Experience of working with distributors or any business to business channels.
Skills & Competencies
Attention to detail to ensure all recording is accurate and up-to-date.
Good business acumen / understanding.
Superior command in MS Excel; knowledge of SAP is an asset
