A leading company in the UAE is seeking a Business Analyst to analyze and enhance business practices. The role involves collaborating with various teams to improve processes aligned with strategic goals, requiring strong analytical and communication skills within the banking sector.

Summary:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting thorough analysis of current business practices, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that align with the client's strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, and operations to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, and reports.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Implement approved solutions and monitor their effectiveness post-implementation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Banking roles, with specific focus on Business Analyst positions.
Proficiency in relevant tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau, and SQL.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in process improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma or BPMN.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in the Banking industry.
