Job description

We’re recruiting a ‘Business Analyst’ for one of our clients based in Ras al Khaimah.

With a strong track record in executing complex projects, the company offers various construction-related solutions, including civil works, infrastructure development, and turnkey project execution. Objectives:

To support the Regional Director by providing data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making, with a focus on business performance tracking, market analysis, pricing strategy, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination with sales, operations, and finance teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales trends, customer segments, pricing patterns, and channel performance across the MEA region
  • Prepare regular dashboards and presentations for regional leadership and global HQ
  • Build annual and multi-year strategic plans by identifying growth opportunities and business risks
  • Evaluate territory performance, incentive plans, and pipeline health
  • Partner with pricing teams to model the impact of pricing changes, promotions, or bundling strategies
  • Model ROI for capital expenditures, new plant investments, or distribution expansions
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy in reporting tools (e.g., ERP, CRM, Excel models)


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, financial modeling, or commercial planning, preferably within the building materials, construction chemicals, or manufacturing sectors
  • An MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, PMP, Six Sigma) are considered an advantage
