Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support our operations and drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement.
2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize operations and enhance efficiency.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
4. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
6. Support project management activities and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Knowledge of the quarrying industry is a plus.
