Qualifications

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze current import/export processes including customs compliance, documentation, freight forwarding, and supplier/customer interaction.
• Gather business and technical requirements related to international trade operations.
• Develop process maps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with developer, service provider and vendor team to development
• Involve in testing and UATs
• Support in entire life cycle of the project along with product owners
• Keep updated on changing international trade regulations, customs laws, and Incoterms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to import/export or international logistics.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, customs clearance, shipping documentation
• Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL) and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
