Who we’re looking for:

VML Dubai is seeking a Business Analyst to drive digital transformation for our Banking / Financial Client.
You'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

What you’ll be doing:

· Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture business needs and regulatory requirements.

· Solution Design: Translate requirements into specifications, user stories, and visual documentation (process flows, wireframes).

· Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between business and technical teams, providing project updates and managing expectations.

· Quality Assurance: Support testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs and comply with regulations.

· Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to improving business analysis methodologies.

What you’ll need:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field.

· 3 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in banking/finance.

· Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

· Experience with requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence).

· Proficiency in creating process flows and wireframes.

· Excellent communication and analytical skills.

· Knowledge of banking/finance regulations.
