ENOC LUBRICANTS AND GREASE MANUFACTURING PLANT LLC

Job Purpose

Accountable for establishing and implementing Business Analysis best practices to capture business requirements, analyze, model, and recommend solutions to meet business needs.

Principal Accountabilities
Operational
  • Analyze business needs and conceptualize solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach, achieve customer satisfaction, and uphold professionalism in all activities.
  • Communicate effectively (verbally and written) with customers, implementation teams, and product vendors regarding all aspects of service delivery.
  • Interact with business users to understand and analyze business processes, create requirements, and convert them into functional specifications.
  • Coordinate development activities with the Application Development Manager.
  • Collaborate with other GIT teams such as Infrastructure, Systems Development, and Application Support.
  • Define test scenarios based on business processes.
  • Develop and execute test plans, coordinate user testing, and identify issues.
  • Track, report, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Work with business units to identify required changes and communicate these to the development team.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks effectively and coordinate resource availability according to project schedules.
Financial Management
  • Analyze requirements and estimate the costs of implementing solutions.
  • Provide cost input to the Integration and Smart Services Manager.
Additional Principal Accountabilities
Experience & Education
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
  • Preferred professional certifications: CBAP, PRINCE II, PMP, etc.
  • 5+ years of Information Technology experience, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
