Job Title: Business & Investment Analyst

Salary: AED 35,000/month

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

A leading industry group headquartered in Dubai is seeking an experienced Business & Investment Analyst to support strategic financial decision-making across global operations. Operating in a highly regulated market, the company focuses on innovative growth, sustainability, and manufacturing excellence. This role plays a key part in evaluating investment opportunities, managing financial planning, and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead investment feasibility studies across CAPEX, M&A, ESG, and market expansion initiatives
  • Develop financial models and scenario analyses addressing regulatory shifts and market volatility
  • Conduct cost analysis, prepare P&L forecasts, and support long-term manufacturing budgets
  • Evaluate strategic investments using NPV, IRR, and payback metrics
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory impacts across global markets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial performance and mitigate risk
  • Support the Group Operations Director with board-level reporting and stakeholder analysis

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (CFA/MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years in FP&A, investment analysis, or manufacturing finance (tobacco/FMCG experience a plus)
  • Advanced financial modelling skills and proficiency in Power BI and ERP systems
  • Strong understanding of global supply chains and regulatory dynamics
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with exceptional communication and presentation skills
