Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly analytical Strategy Professional to join ourteam. The Strategy Manager will play a key role in driving the development and execution of the company’s strategic initiatives, helping shape the long-term direction of the organization. This individual will work closely with senior leadership to evaluate market trends, assess competitive landscapes, and develop actionable insights that guide the company’s growth and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning & Execution:

Collaborate with leadership to define the organization’s long-term strategic goals. Support the development of strategic plans by conducting market research, competitive analysis, and identifying business opportunities and risks.

- Market & Competitive Analysis:

Perform in-depth analysis of industry trends, market conditions, competitors, and emerging opportunities. Provide insights that influence strategic decision-making and identify areas for potential growth or improvement.

- Financial Modeling & Forecasting:

Develop financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives, assess risks, and project potential returns. Support the creation of business cases for new projects, partnerships, or investments.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments (e.g., Marketing, SEZ teams, ESG , Finance, HR) to align strategy with execution. Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to ensure that strategic initiatives are integrated into daily business operations.

- Strategic Communication:

Prepare presentations, reports, and strategic briefs for senior leadership and stakeholders. Effectively communicate strategic insights and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.

- Change Management & Innovation:

Support the implementation of strategic changes across the organization, including process optimization, digital transformation, and cultural shifts. Act as a change agent, driving innovation and supporting the adoption of new strategic initiatives.

- Project Management:

Lead or participate in cross-functional strategic projects, ensuring timelines, resources, and goals are aligned. Track progress and resolve issues to ensure successful project completion.

- Risk Management & Scenario Planning:

Conduct risk assessments and scenario analysis to assess the potential impact of external and internal changes on the organization’s strategic direction.

Qualifications:

- Education:

CA (Chartered accountant) /Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Strategy, or a related field.

- Experience:

5 – 8 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role. Experience in a strategic role within a corporate setting or consulting firm is preferred.

- Technical Skills:

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, data analysis) and PowerPoint (creating presentations).

- Familiarity with data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

- Knowledge of market research techniques and tools.
