About the Role

We are looking for a highly proficient and results-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. Reporting directly to the Commercial Leader, this role is crucial in bridging the gap between customer requirements and technical solutions, ensuring the delivery of innovative Web3 blockchain payment solutions that meet client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in gathering and translating business requirements for Web3 vendors, a customer-centric approach, and a proven track record in customer-facing technical roles. Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Analysis:
  
  • Collaborate with clients to thoroughly understand and document their business needs and technical requirements for blockchain payment solutions.
  • Utilize structured methodologies (e.g., interviews, workshops, stakeholder meetings) to elicit detailed requirements.
• Customer Engagement:
  
  • Serve as a key technical liaison for customers, building trust and fostering strong relationships to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Gather and address client feedback to refine solutions and processes.
  • Provide support for client needs after the sales cycle, extending beyond go-live.
• Translation to Technical Requirements:
  
  • Convert business requirements into actionable technical specifications for development teams.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure that delivered solutions align with customer expectations and organizational goals.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation (e.g., Business Requirements Documents, use cases, workflows, process diagrams).
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Industry Awareness:
  
  • Stay informed about Web3 and blockchain payment trends to guide decision-making and contribute to innovative solutions.

• Experience:
  
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in requirements gathering for Web3 and blockchain payment solution vendors.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, successfully managing client interactions and expectations.
• Skills and Competencies:
  
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex customer needs into actionable technical insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including expertise in developing workflows, process maps, and use cases.
  • Proficiency in documenting requirements and creating functional specifications.

  • Previous experience in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability, initiative, and a hands-on approach.
