We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the banking domain to manage our Administration ERP and HR systems. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of banking operations, strong analytical skills, and experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and system implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis:
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for Administration ERP and HR systems.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather information from stakeholders.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- System Implementation:
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions.
- Configure and customize the Administration ERP and HR systems to meet business needs.
- Test and validate system functionalities to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Support the deployment and go-live phases of the project.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and document new processes and procedures.
- Train and educate users on system functionalities and best practices.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze system data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Generate reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.
- Support data migration and integration activities.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and vendors.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
- Manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
- Change Management:
- Assess the impact of system changes on business operations.
- Develop change management plans and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Support users through the change process.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry, with a focus on Administration and HR systems.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, Administration vendor and contract management, Invoice and payment processing, Asset management, HR processes, payroll, and employee management.
- Experience with ERP and HR systems, such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques is a plus.
- Preference for candidate who can join immediately or within short notice period.
