About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in managing and delivering complex digital software projects, specifically in the domains of Oracle CX, ERP Fusion, Data Platforms, or Cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading multiple large-scale projects, engaging with cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering well-documented business requirements and integration flows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Lead and manage multiple digital transformation projects with a focus on Oracle CX/ERP/Data/Cybersecurity platforms.
- Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Process Flow Diagrams.
- Drive solution discussions, process optimization, and system integration requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
- Coordinate and track progress throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Support UAT planning, test case validation, and issue resolution.
- Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless data and system flows across platforms.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale IT/digital software environments.
- Strong exposure to Oracle CX / ERP Fusion, Data Platforms, or Cybersecurity projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, especially those with significant complexity or stakeholder impact.
- Solid understanding of integration concepts, APIs, and system/data interactions.
- Proven expertise in preparing BRDs, FRDs, process documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
