We’re looking for reliable, determined individuals to support customers, educate them on supply & demand, and assist with their future renewals. What exactly will you do?

  • Engage in activities such as cold calling potential clients and explaining the benefits of NGP’s services and solutions—this is a B2B role.
  • Question their current procurement strategy and find ways to improve it.
  • Prepare tenders and negotiate with suppliers. Once you generate a lead, work effectively with your closer to prepare tenders to our panel of 87 international energy suppliers and negotiate the best contracts.
  • Manage client relationships as their single point of contact, overseeing their accounts and monitoring for renewal or additional opportunities.
  • Follow all policies & procedures. You will receive thorough onboarding, including full industry and sales training, to help you onboard your first client. Afterward, you will develop and manage your own client portfolio with independence in organizing your work.

- Proven sales experience in a B2B environment.

- Experience in the Energy Sector (not essential).

- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills—professional and articulate.

- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

- Ability to manage your workload and pipeline.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, professional environment.
