Job description

  • Prepare bulk vessel pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation.
  • Nominate vessels to customers and shippers, and maintain continuous follow-up.
  • Coordinate sales and logistics for bulk shipments, container shipments, barges, and land transportation.
  • Monitor IR cargo movement and manage payments and documentation with IR operations.
  • Initiate sales visits and calls within Saudi Arabia, Oman, and the UAE.
  • Collaborate with the RAK Purchase Department to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with the HR Department to maintain overseas attendance records, weekly off details.
  • Liaise with barge agents for current and upcoming barges, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with plant personnel to arrange space for material received from the port to the Ceramin yard.
  • Prepare purchase orders and payment requests for administrative and sales-related matters.
  • Coordinate with RAK Ceramics to arrange local and overseas transportation by preparing work orders with comparative quotes.
  • Prepare the container and land pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation.
