Job summary

Keolis.MHI in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Building & Structure Maintenance Team Leader in preventive and corrective work on buildings and structures. You will participate in stitching, grouting, scaffolding, and other repairs while maintaining records in a computerized system.

With 1+ year of relevant experience, you will follow procedures, assist with new projects, ensure tools are in good condition, and be ready for shift or emergency duties

Qualifications

• Vocational certificate or equivalent.
• 1+ years of maintenance experience on buildings and structures.
• Ability to write basic technical reports and method statements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance on buildings and structures.
• Follow maintenance procedures to ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records in the CMMS.
• Assist in implementing complex systems or new projects under supervision.
• Ensure maintenance tools and equipment are in good condition.
• Perform shift and emergency duties when required.
• Carry out duties as directed by senior staff.
