About the Role

As a Budget Manager in Event Production, you will oversee the financial planning, monitoring, and reporting of all events to ensure they are delivered within budget and meet financial targets.

What You'll Do

• Budget Development & Forecasting: Create detailed budgets for each event, covering all aspects from concept to execution.
• Financial Monitoring & Reporting: Track expenses against budgets, provide regular updates, and analyze variances for senior management.
• Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or integrity.
• Vendor & Contract Management: Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors, ensuring favorable terms and adherence to budgets.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure all financial activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
• Post Event Analysis: Conduct financial post-mortems to assess budget performance and identify areas for improvement.
