We will count on you to:
  1. Provide essential support to brokers and senior brokers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive client experience.
  2. Analyze client data and feedback, conduct claims analysis, and deliver exceptional service to our internal retail office and cedants.
  3. Prepare regular reports on billing sheets, endorsements, and other documentation to support the broking process.
  4. Collaborate closely with brokers, senior brokers, and cross-functional teams including finance and operations to align client needs with company offerings and initiatives.
  5. Identify and recommend process enhancements to improve middle office practices and increase operational efficiency.
  6. Maintain accurate records of the broking process, endorsements, market submissions, and feedback during the renewal process to ensure continuity and accountability.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in client relationship management to contribute to strategic planning.
What you need to have:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 0-2 years of experience in client relationship management, customer service, or a similar analytical role.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with strong Excel skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  8. Reliability and punctuality.
