We are seeking an experienced and strategic Brokerage Manager to lead, manage, and grow our brokerage division. This critical leadership role oversees the full scope of brokerage activities—including sales, leasing, and unit management—while directly participating in high-value real estate transactions.
The ideal candidate will combine operational rigor, strategic vision, and frontline deal-closing capabilities to drive revenue, team performance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all brokerage functions : sales, leasing, and unit services
- Develop and execute business strategies for growth and profitability
- Manage departmental budgets and ensure sustainable P&L performance
- Set team KPIs and ensure RERA and internal compliance
- Monitor gross profit margins and acquisition costs
Operational Management
- Optimize workflows across functions using SOPs and technology
- Drive CRM adoption and pipeline efficiency
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and legal departments
- Shorten deal turnaround times and ensure process compliance
Leadership & Team Development
- Mentor and lead brokerage team members across all functions
- Implement structured training and development plans
- Build a performance-driven, accountable culture
- Lead recruitment and resource planning
Strategic Planning & Growth
- Define annual goals aligned with company vision
- Identify and execute on new revenue opportunities and market segments
- Spearhead geographic or vertical expansion initiatives
- Lead negotiations and closing of plots, buildings, luxury villas, and strategic assets
- Prepare investor presentations and tailored proposals
- Represent the firm in high-profile, high-value transactions
- Develop ROI, IRR, and feasibility models for clients
- Deliver market comparisons and investment insights
- Guide clients on investment strategies and risks
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain a premium client and investor network
- Manage key account relationships with regular communication
- Drive high retention and repeat engagement metrics
- Conduct and present market research and trend analysis
- Advise internal stakeholders and sales teams on strategic pipeline opportunities
- Monitor competitors and pricing movements
- Deep knowledge of Real Estate Investment (ROI, IRR, asset classes)
- Expert in Sales & Negotiation , especially high-ticket deals
- Strong Financial Modeling & Analysis skills
- Solid Business Acumen (P&L, budgeting, forecasting)

Requirements
- Minimum 7-10 years of active property sales experience in Dubai
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including trends and property values.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and close high-value deals.
- RERA Certification
- With UAE Driving License and a car
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in handling complex transactions.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Experience in leading or mentoring a sales team.
- Fluent in English / Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with real estate CRM tools for tracking sales and managing client relationships.
