Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with UAE financial services regulation, particularly SCA rules for brokerage clients.
• Experience in customer service within financial services, brokerage, securities trading, or online trading platforms.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels regarding trading accounts, market updates and general enquiries.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, platforms and account features.
• Resolve issues related to trade execution, account access, statements and other service matters.
• Assist clients with account opening, KYC/AML documentation, funding and withdrawals.
• Guide clients through onboarding and platform activation, including SCA account setup.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with regulations and policies.
• Record and document client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (dealing, operations, compliance, IT) to resolve inquiries.
