Job summary

Egis Group in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Scaffolding Foreman to supervise scaffolding for bridge inspection, maintenance, repair and rehabilitation projects. You will ensure safe erection, modification, inspection and dismantling of scaffolding systems and access platforms in accordance with drawings and project requirements.

You will lead scaffold crews, coordinate with engineers, QA/QC and client representatives, and enforce permits and fall protection standards while

Qualifications

• High School Certificate or Technical Qualification or equivalent.
• Scaffolding Supervisor/Foreman certification from a recognized provider.
• Hands-on experience with suspended and cantilever scaffolds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise erection, modification, inspection and dismantling of scaffolding and temporary access systems.
• Lead daily scaffold crews and subcontractors with toolbox talks and guidance.
• Coordinate activities with Engineers, QA/QC, HSE and client representatives.
• Ensure compliance with permits, working-at-height procedures and fall protection.
• Maintain scaffold registers, inspections and material usage records.
