Job summary

AECOM in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Bridge Engineer to produce design information and coordinate with CAD/BIM technicians for drawings, following AASHTO LRFD, Eurocodes and AREMA where applicable. Site inspections may be assigned.

Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on bridge design experience, UAE/ME project familiarity, and proficiency with AutoCAD and Navisworks are desired; MSc preferred and Chartered/PE licensed status is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on bridge/design experience.
• UAE/ME project experience preferred.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks for drawings and BIM review.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and detailed bridge designs.
• Produce calculations and design sketches.
• Coordinate with CAD/BIM for drawings production.
• Plan site inspections of structures when required.
• Prepare technical reports and risk assessments.
