Job summary

Egis Group in UAE is seeking a motivated Site Engineer with 3–5 years of UAE experience for bridge construction and maintenance projects. You will supervise site activities, coordinate with project stakeholders, and ensure delivery per drawings and specs.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, a valid UAE driving license, and strong command of AutoCAD and MS Office. You will monitor progress, prepare reports, and maintain safety and quality standards on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 3 to 5 years of UAE-based experience in bridge construction or maintenance projects.
• Valid UAE Driving License is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for bridge construction and maintenance.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Consultants and Contractors.
• Interpret construction drawings, specs and method statements.
• Monitor progress and report delays or technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare daily site reports and material consumption logs.
• Conduct inspections and assist inspection requests.
• Identify site challenges and propose engineering solutions.
• Support procurement planning, material tracking, and logistics.
• Maintain clear communication and provide technical guidance.
