Job summary

Egis Group in Dubai seeks a competent Site Engineer Civil to oversee site execution of civil works with a focus on bridge concrete works, aluminum cladding and interior finishes. You will supervise formwork reinforcement and concrete placement while coordinating cladding and finishing tasks to meet drawings and specs.

The role requires strong supervision, QA/QC alignment, and safety governance on site. UAE experience is preferred, with a proactive approach to problem solving and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction projects.
• Mandatory experience in Bridge concrete works, Aluminum cladding systems, Interior finishing works.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute bridge concrete works including formwork reinforcement and concrete placement.
• Coordinate and monitor aluminum cladding installation and interior finishing works as per drawings and specifications.
• Ensure proper setting out and execution of works in line with project requirements.
• Review drawings, method statements and material submittals prior to execution.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor daily site progress and adherence to project schedules.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specs.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure safety and quality procedures are followed.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the Project Engineer.
• Maintain daily reports, site records and documentation.
• Assist in material planning, site logistics and resource allocation.
