About the Job:

We are seeking a Breakfast Team Leader to join our team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading the team by setting a positive example with compassion, honesty, and integrity.
2. Greeting and serving guests professionally, maintaining high hospitality standards.
3. Identifying and fulfilling guest needs, including special requirements, with personalized service.
4. Conducting pre-shift briefings to inform and align the team.
5. Ensuring compliance with policies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
6. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
7. Anticipating guest needs and proactively enhancing their experience.
8. Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service and quality.
9. Handling guest inquiries and feedback tactfully, escalating issues as needed.
10. Participating in training to improve skills and performance.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

1. At least 1.5 years of experience as a senior waiter in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
2. Proficiency in English, with a second language (Spanish, French, Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, German, or Greek) preferred.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Availability to work breakfast shifts within The Fore.
