Job summary

AEGI seeks a Senior Brand & Internal Communications Designer in Abu Dhabi to craft high-quality visual communications across digital, print, and workplace channels. The role blends brand design, internal communications, and corporate storytelling, translating strategic information into clear visuals.

You will lead projects end-to-end, collaborate with brand, corporate communications, HR and portfolio teams, maintain brand guidelines, and produce executive presentations, newsletters and campaign

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or a related discipline.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic is highly desirable.
• A strong and relevant portfolio is required.

Responsibilities

• Brand design and templates consistent with corporate identity.
• Develop materials for internal communications and campaigns.
• Translate data and priorities into clear visual narratives.
• Create executive presentations and reports.
• Produce digital and print assets for events and campaigns.
• Support designer production from brief to delivery.
• Collaborate with HR, corporate communications and portfolio teams.
• Maintain design systems and asset libraries.
