Brand Trainer | MAF LifeStyle | Operations
ROLE SUMMARY
The key purpose of the Brand Trainer role is to empower staff with product knowledge, brand messages and the skills needed to deliver them, ensuring consistent high standards in all stores regarding customer service, brand and product knowledge, contributing to sales growth, brand awareness and staff engagement.
ROLE PROFILE
- Support Line Managers to conduct training needs analysis and define relevant training requirements based on team and individual needs.
- Create the brand and product training plan in line with brand standards covering all business unitneeds.
- Develop training content as well as adapt training manuals received from Principals to suitable training materials catering to a mix of learning styles.
- Remain abreast of developments in the field of learning and facilitation skills and recommend suitable approaches that can be adapted to the organization.
- Monitor learning interventions for impact on enhanced performance ensuring the purpose of learning and expected change is clearly defined.
- Identify training needs clearly, keep a record and relate to on-going development of the individual and teams.
- Mentor the participants for cementing of knowledge to translate to business impact.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate degree in any discipline
- Qualification in Training / Human Resources
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Evidence of content creation and use of technology for learning
