Ethos is a new expert network connecting top brand leaders with opportunities. We are partnering with a premier AI lab to recruit heads of brand who will shape how AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks are crafted and refined.

This fully remote role offers flexible 5-20 hours per week with a compensation of $80 per hour. Start date ASAP. You will oversee brand strategy, creative direction, and production of campaign materials across core workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading brand strategy or creative direction for a consumer brand, agency, or in-house marketing team.
• Portfolio of shipped campaign creative, brand guidelines, or pitch decks reflecting professional-grade design judgment and narrative craft.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop brand positioning decks, campaign briefs, visual identity guidelines, marketing collateral one-pagers, sponsorship decks, and content calendars.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain high-quality brand output and consistency.
