Job summary

Apparel FZCO is seeking a Brand Growth Leader to develop and implement the brand strategy across stores in the region, maximizing sales and profitability. You will coordinate with Brand GM and Marketing to shape brand image and ensure alignment with financial targets.

Responsibilities include brand merchandise planning, product selection, store productivity, recruitment and training, and evaluating new store openings to ensure the brand is positioned effectively in the market.

Qualifications

• Experience in brand development and retail brand management.
• Strong merchandising planning and product selection capabilities.
• Proven ability to conduct market and competitor research.
• Ability to recruit, train and lead store teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategy to maximize sales and profitability.

• Control costs within brand store budgets and optimize store productivity.
• Lead brand merchandise planning, buying, pricing and promotions.
