Job summary

Halian is seeking a Marketing Designer in Abu Dhabi to transform complex products and technologies into clear, engaging visuals across digital, print, events, and multimedia.

The role blends visual design, storytelling, and content production, ensuring brand consistency and governance while delivering high-quality assets for campaigns, presentations, and social media. The candidate should have 5+ years of experience and strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, marketing design, visual communications, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling, branding, and content creation.
• Proven ability to translate complex information into clear, audience-appropriate visual communications.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, composition, information design, visual hierarchy, and brand management.
• Experience creating a variety of marketing assets, including social media content, presentations, brochures, digital campaigns, event materials, videos, and photography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent design and production tools.
• Experience in video production, editing, motion graphics, photography, image retouching, and digital content creation.
• Ability to work within established brand guidelines while developing engaging and distinctive content.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail, quality, consistency, and accuracy.
• Experience collaborating with technical subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment when handling confidential, sensitive, or security-related information.

• Content Design & Storytelling: translate complex information into engaging visual narratives.
• Multimedia Production: plan, create, edit, and deliver multimedia content for campaigns and events.
• Marketing Communications & Sales Enablement: create collateral to communicate product value and use cases.
• Governance & Delivery: manage multiple projects with reviews, approvals, and quality controls.
