Our client is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Brand Specialist with strong production management skills to support the execution of our brand initiatives. In this role, you will act as a key link between the brand team, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring the timely and high-quality rollout of marketing materials.
You will play a critical role in safeguarding brand consistency while managing the end-to-end production process for all branded deliverables, from briefing to delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Head of Brand to develop and implement multi-channel brand campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Ensure brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity are consistently applied across all company materials and channels.
• Oversee the development of advertising materials, content creation, and promotional strategies.
• Work with external agencies and partners to ensure the quality and consistency of brand execution
• Translate briefs into clear production deliverables with timelines and technical specs.
• Manage production timelines, budget tracking, and quality control from concept to delivery.
• Conduct site visits and supervise installations when necessary to ensure proper execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with creative, media, and research agencies.
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure production feasibility.
• Ensure feedback loops and approval processes are followed before production is launched.
• Maintain project trackers and update stakeholders on status, risks, and next steps.
• Utilize data-driven insights from consumer research to refine branding efforts.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the Head of Brand and senior leadership.
