Job summary

Responsibilities include developing strategies, monitoring markets, liaising with law firms, and training internal teams on IP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand protection strategies to combat counterfeiting and grey market activity
• Manage IP enforcement actions, including coordination with Customs, Police, and regulatory bodies in applicable jurisdictions
• Monitor online and offline marketplaces for counterfeit goods and unauthorized use of trademarks
• Liaise with external law firms and investigators on enforcement matters, raids, and litigation support
• Conduct trademark watch, portfolio management, and renewal tracking
• Prepare cease-and-desist correspondence and support dispute resolution processes
• Train internal teams and channel partners on IP compliance and counterfeit identification
• Report on enforcement outcomes, market trends, and emerging counterfeiting risks
• Support IP registration, licensing, and portfolio strategy as needed
