Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and creative Brand Portfolio Executive to support the strategic management of multiple brands within our portfolio. Based in the UAE, this role involves coordinating brand campaigns, analyzing market performance, and ensuring brand alignment across channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of brand strategies for multiple products or labels.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and activations in line with brand objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to guide brand decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales, digital, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Assist in developing packaging, visual identity, and in-store branding materials.
  • Analyze brand performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, suppliers, and creative partners.
  • Maintain up-to-date brand documentation and guidelines.
  • Track budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or product coordination.
  • Experience managing or supporting multiple brands is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in the UAE/GCC market preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with a creative flair and commercial awareness.
