Job description

Landor is seeking a Brand Performance Manager to join our Dubai studio. Could this be you?

What You'll Do:
  1. Support Landor's strategic and creative efforts in the Middle East, contributing to our Brand Performance offering as part of a global function within our design agency.
  2. Harness data and insights to develop meaningful brand strategies and designs for a variety of global brands, linking brand to business outcomes.
  3. Employ research techniques including quantitative and qualitative methods to answer key business questions related to brand strategy & performance, experience & culture in the Middle East.
  4. Manage the execution & delivery of Brand Performance projects to provide actionable insights for strategic brand decisions.
  5. Analyze data to generate actionable outcomes and work with senior leadership to develop impactful insights specific to the Middle East.
  6. Support the evolution of our offerings to meet client needs in the Middle East and establish processes for successful delivery.
  7. Review current consulting offers, recommend improvements, and standardize workflows, approaches, and deliverables.
  8. Act as an advocate for Brand Performance, building team credentials through case studies and content within the Middle East market.
What You'll Need:
  • Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients, partners, and colleagues.
  • Experience in Brand Performance, Market Research, or related fields within the Middle East is highly preferred.
  • A passion for brands, audience & market trends, and exploring new methodologies & data sets to answer client briefs.
  • Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations, demonstrating strategic thinking and execution skills.
  • Extensive experience with statistical methodologies across quantification, measurement, and modeling approaches.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across disciplines and work with individuals outside the brand performance team.
  • Experience with social media and search analytics platforms (e.g., Brandwatch, Crimson Hexagon, Sysomos) and DIY research tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Survey Monkey).
  • Understanding of Middle Eastern business culture and familiarity with local practices and nuances.
