Support Landor's strategic and creative efforts in the Middle East, contributing to our Brand Performance offering as part of a global function within our design agency.
Harness data and insights to support the development of meaningful brand strategy and design for a wide variety of global consumer and corporate brands, linking brand to business outcomes.
Employ a range of research and analytical techniques including quantitative and qualitative research to answer key business questions related to brand strategy & performance, experience & culture in the Middle East.
Manage the day-to-day execution & delivery of Brand Performance projects that provide actionable insights to drive strategic brand decisions for clients in the region.
Structure, analyse, and synthesise primary and secondary source data to generate actionable outcomes, and work with senior leadership to develop impactful insights to answer client strategic business questions specific to the Middle East.
Support the evolution of our offer to meet the needs of our clients in the Middle East and establish clear processes to ensure successful delivery.
Understand the current consulting offers and deliverables, make recommendations on areas of improvement with a view to standardise the workflow, approach, and deliverables.
Act as an advocate for Brand Performance and build team credentials through building case studies and inspirational content to demonstrate team capabilities within the Middle East market.
What You'll Need:
Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential. Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, partners, and colleagues in Arabic.
Experience in Brand Performance, Market Research, or a related field within the Middle East region is highly preferred.
A passion for brands, audience & market trends and commercial impact in the Middle East, as well as exploring new methodologies & data sets to answer client briefs.
Experience translating insights from research and data into actionable recommendations on client brand and business strategies, with proven strategic thinking and execution skills.
Extensive experience and capability working with applied statistical methodologies across a range of quantification, measurement, and modelling approaches.
Strong project management skills, with a keen ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong ability to work collaboratively within all aspects of the role, demonstrating comfort in working with individuals outside of the brand performance discipline.
Extensive experience working with social media and search analytics platforms (i.e. Brandwatch, Crimson Hexagon, Sysomos) and/or DIY research tools (i.e. Qualtrics, Survey Monkey).
An understanding of Middle Eastern business culture and familiarity with local business practices and cultural nuances.
