Job description

We’re looking for a highly motivated Brand Partnerships - WORD to join our Sales and Business Development team at WORD. This position requires a great personality, strong organizational skills, and a relentless passion for all things social media.

Responsibilities :

  • Generate new leads and opportunities through an aggressive outreach program, including tapping existing relationships and cold calling.
  • Collaborate with Strategy and Marketing teams to craft campaigns and strategies for brands.
  • Manage high-profile client relationships with companies, agencies, and revenue partners.
  • Handle day-to-day sales operations, including empanelment, agreements, paperwork, and content delivery schedules. Seek client feedback to maximize satisfaction and deliver results.
  • Manage the entire account process from first contact to negotiation using professional selling techniques via email, phone, and video conferencing.
  • Encourage clients to renew and expand their engagement.
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of business to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Consistently meet or exceed business development goals.
  • Lead a team of junior sales members.

Job Requirements :

  • Extensive ad sales experience at a media company or agency, responsible for selling content solutions, advertising campaigns, or ad slots.
  • Experience in developing leads, making presentations, and writing proposals to close sales and exceed goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
